Stress Management Consultation

A personal stress management consultation is designed to increase one’s awareness of habitual reactions to stress and to identify stress-related symptoms. Practical skills are taught to build resilience to stressors by developing positive coping skills. Residents are encouraged to co-create a plan that helps gain the skills they can use to live more peacefully within their lives and within themselves.
