Many people who contact me do so in order to connect with themselves on an intimate, deeper level. Most are seeking a path to heal parts of their inner self that are in conflict, so that they can feel whole and to move on with more awareness and clarity. Some may consider this a spiritual process, others consider it transformative.

I find that just about everyone wants to feel more comfortable and peaceful within their mind, body and spirit.

The mind-body therapies that are used within my practice help people directly access their own inner resources to gain control of their life. My role is to listen, facilitate the process and to assist in identifying blocks to make wanted changes. It is my intention to serve by providing a safe, calming, healing experience.

Some people question whether they have the ability to quiet their mind and access their inner healer. Almost everyone has this ability. Typically all that is needed is the desire and motivation to change a pattern. Developing new patterns of living requires some focus and practice in the beginning. Easy-to-use tools such as a personal CD are included in a private session.
